Why I do it?
I am a big believer in unique talent. I will help you identify your talent DNA and maximize its value within a professional environment. I have seen, been part of, managed and coached many teams. I know what difference it makes waking up feeling committed, hungry and inspired; feeling like you belong.
I do this because I care.
Why I believe I Am Good At it?
- I lived in several countries and amongst a colorful mix of different cultures: asian, slavic, nordic and mediterranean. I understand the value of diversity.
- I've been through all phases of companies' life-cycle: business inceptions; start-ups being forced to grow up; corporate stability and maturity; acquisitions; management and restructuring changes; company closures. I know how company and team needs change as the business matures.
- I worked as a consultant, analyst, specialist and generalist. Zooming in and out in a split second or operating with limited information at hand is something I am used to.
- I worked in very regulated and totally free spirit environments. I know how to create structure in total chaos and how to allow for creativity and design thinking under total scrutiny.
- I mentored and coached both individuals and teams.
